Quy Hall sits at the heart of a historic estate just five miles east of Cambridge. The estate is home to many families, farmers and local businesses – not to mention a wealth of diverse wildlife and a hard-working herd of Devon Red cows.

Conserving Heritage

We are custodians of historic architecture. Quy Hall, owned by the Francis family since 1855, is a Grade II* listed English country house with unique architectural flourishes and decorative features that date from the original Victorian renovations. We welcome visitors through the Invitation to View Scheme on pre-booked tours. You can also stay in The Gatehouse, the historic entrance to Quy Park, by booking through AirBnB.

Hosting Homes and Businesses

We let a range of residential property primarily in Quy and Little Wilbraham, from one bedroom houses to larger family homes, as well as a number of commercial premises primarily in the hospitality industry in Quy and Cambridge. We also host events in Quy Park.

Farming and Managing Land

With farmland in both Quy and Wilbraham (as well as Quy Park), we manage all types of land and habitats – from traditional crops and grazing pasture, to woodlands, fenland, and even a reedbed. On our “in-hand” farm we produce cereal crops and beef, as well as managing the land for environmental and biodiversity benefit. We also let land on long and short term tenancies to other farmers.
